Greetings!

As I sat down prepared to write a new blog post this morning, I noticed that the last post from me was about the song ‘Breathing Together’.  At that time, I was honoring my long-time musical partner, Scott Cheney, who did this project with me and had crossed over.  And, now, interestingly, I am writing about the same song!  Apparently, I have come full circle! And, to me, it is a sign that the timing is so right for me to be back on this track!

As some of you may recall, at one time, I was calling my spiritually-oriented business Full Circle Celebrations and the breathwork-energy sessions I was offering were called Full Circle Breathing sessions.  I believe I am being drawn full circle back to the creative expression from the heart of me, the Heart of Creation flowing through me. It seems I went on an inner journey and transformation that started when  I left off was with that song and it has brought me full circle to where I am starting on this focus/path again with this song coming to the forefront at this time of a new beginning!

In this cycle of my evolving consciousness, I find myself at a new level and am excited to share my experiences and helpful methods for finding inner peace and raising of consciousness with you. We all are continually spiraling and expanding, evolving and growing. That is the nature of our life on this planet, of our souls and our universe.

In the spirit of a full circle celebration,  our song ‘Breathing Together’ was chosen to be aired on Women of Substance Radio – an awarding winning podcast airing a special series called Music of Conscience.  Scott would be thrilled – and I am sure is thrilled from where he is watching. Our song will be aired on September 20th.  And, its message is still so relevant, maybe even more so, in today’s world. We truly are all in this together.
